By accessing or using NESTSIGNAL at app.nestsignal.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NESTSIGNAL is a Predictive BI & Agentic Workforce Platform. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may evolve over time as we add capabilities, teams, and integrations.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, reverse engineering, interfering with other users, or using the Service to violate applicable law.
You retain all rights to data you connect to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service for your workspace. Third-party integrations are governed by their own terms.
Paid plans renew on the cadence shown at purchase until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service, including the NESTSIGNAL name, logos, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You receive only the rights expressly granted in these terms.
The Service generates AI-assisted insights. Outputs are recommendations only and should be reviewed before acting. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
